Description:
A volunteer organization that works in many areas of the hospital, including the installation and maintenance of Lifeline units. A scholarship fund of approximately $40,000 a year is raised from the gift shop earnings, gratuities and private donations. Scholarships of varying amounts are awarded to young people who are pursuing a career in the hospital related, health care fields such as an RN, LVN, pharmacist, physical therapist or occupational therapist. No scholarships are available for dental or medical school students.Location
